I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms near the top of the hotel. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my 50th birthday special. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station. The dining options were varied and plentiful, offering a delicious array of choices that exceeded my expectations. The facilities were top-notch and contributed to a memorable experience overall.
